Cat 3/4 field went off at 1:15PM, no need to set an alarm, right? I slept so late that I nearly missed this afternoon start, that's a first. Rushed to get my stuff together, 50-minute drive, got to Norwell 30 minutes before race start, paid $35 to register, went to pin on my number and realized I left my kit at home, #*&$#*&$*#&$!!!
It was probably better this way. DNS or sit on the back of the pelican all day feeling exhausted, what's the difference?
